Summary:
This panel will discuss the remedies which are available to appellants who prevail in their Board appeals. We will be discussing Board decisions, including the recently-issued Gilewicz v. Department of Homeland Security, 2024 MSPB 7, as well as general principles regarding attorney’s fees and other categories of remedies.
