Summary:
This panel discussion will explore the current status of the pro-veteran canon and its interaction with agency deference at the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court.  Panelists will discuss trends in the Federal Circuit’s treatment of the tension between the competing doctrines since Kisor, the recent opinions in Rudisill, and the potential implications of the Supreme Court’s upcoming Loper Bright Enterprises and Relentless decisions for veterans appeals.
