Summary:
This panel brings together several practicing attorneys who recently served as law clerks at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for an informal conversation about non-confidential aspects of their clerkship experiences. The panelists will discuss topics such as their decision to clerk, tips for applying to clerkships, the skills needed to serve as a Federal Circuit law clerk, the typical day-to-day tasks of a law clerk at the Federal Circuit, and how the clerkship experience has been useful in private practice. This program is designed for law students and junior professionals interested in learning more about clerking.
