Registration Cancellation Policy: Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to oneill@fedcirbar.org.  Cancellations requested on or before March 29, 2024 will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee.  Substitutions are allowed through April 3, 2024. After March 29, 2024, no refunds will be processed.

CLE Information: FCBA is an approved provider with most states requiring CLE.  Individual states have different approval guidelines and timeframes, and the FCBA cannot guarantee a state’s approval of CLE credit for any program session.  You may submit your CLE form for one week following the conclusion of the program.  After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that your application will be submitted to your respective state for approval.  For information on CLE accreditation, please contact our CLE Manager at cle@fedcirbar.org
