In this second iteration of the FCBA Members Caucus Room on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST, Niky Bagley, Member, Cole Schotz, P.C., and one of the Association’s Global Fellows, has offered to facilitate a conversation on how small businesses might navigate the recent COVID-19 pieces of legislation. Jonathan Davis, Founder, Veteran Esquire Legal Solutions, PLLC, has also offered to facilitate a conversation on how veterans can help organizations in the fight against COVID-19. Chris Geyer, Associate General Counsel, Appian Corporation, has offered to facilitate a discussion of complying with the tax credit and tax deferral provisions of the CARES Act, enacted to help mitigate the effects of COVID-19 on employers.
