Registration Cancellation Policy: Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to soneill@meetingmastersinc.com. Cancellations requested on or before October 10th will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Substitutions are allowed through October 13th, 2020. After October 13th, 2020, no refunds will be processed.
