Summary: The webcast is directed to recent rule changes at the PTAB, including the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning "PTAB Rules of Practice for Instituting on All Challenged Patent Claims and All Grounds and Eliminating the Presumption at Institution Favoring Petitioner as to Testimonial Evidence." The proposed rules, issued in the wake of SAS Institute v. Iancu, proposes changes to the rules of practice to institute a review on all grounds as unpatentability raised by a petitioner.
