Views on Patent Cases from the Chambers – PTAB, Virginia and Maryland?
 
The Federal Circuit Bar Association; The IP Section of the Virginia Bar Association; The IP Section of the Maryland State Bar Association; and the IP Section of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia present a panel discussion.  The Chief Judge David P. Ruschke, Patent Trial and Appeal Board along with District Judge Liam O’Grady and Magistrate Judge John F. Anderson, both District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and District Judge Marvin J. Garbis, District Court for the District of Maryland (an active member of the Patent Pilot Program) will each provide insight into the day to day operations of their chambers and how they handle patent cases.  After preliminary overviews, there will be a question and answer format with questions also solicited from the attendees.   The discussion promises to be a very informative and insightful with an outstanding panel of experienced patent jurists.
 Up to 2 hours of CLE Credits will be requested
