Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to Galetto@fedcirbar.org.
Cancellation request received on or before November 6, 2026, will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee.
No refunds will be processed for cancellation request received after November 6, 2026. Substitutions are allowed through November 16, 2026.
After November 6, 2026, no refunds will be processed.
