Registration Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted on or before February 18, 2026.  No refunds will be allowed after this date.  Substitutions are allowed through February 22, 2026.

CLE Information: FCBA is an approved provider with most states requiring CLE.  Individual states have different approval guidelines and timeframes, and the FCBA cannot guarantee a state’s approval of CLE credit for any webcast or other program session.  You may submit your online CLE form for one week following the conclusion of the program.  After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that your application will be submitted to your respective state for approval.
