Join us on Friday, September 20, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE, for the 2024 FCBA Delaware Regional Program! This exclusive event will feature distinguished judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Third Circuit, as well as the U.S. District Court for Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, including those who serve on the court by designation. They will offer valuable insights into the adoption of local rules and practices in Delaware and surrounding jurisdictions. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about unique issues, effective case management strategies, and how to prepare for appeal, with a special focus on Delaware-specific issues.

In addition, our expert speakers will share the latest developments in patent litigation, offering attendees a comprehensive view of the current landscape. The program will culminate in a Judicial Panel comprised of esteemed judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third District. This experience will provide a rare chance to interact with judiciary members and discuss important issues impacting the Federal Circuit community and beyond.

Although the FCBA does not have a designated block of rooms for the Delaware Regional Program, you might consider the Westin Wilmington Hotel for your stay. Registration Cancellation Policy: Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to oneill@fedcirbar.org.  Cancellations requested on or before September 6, 2024 will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee.  Substitutions are allowed through September 19, 2024. After September 6, 2024, no refunds will be processed.



CLE Information: FCBA is an approved provider with most states requiring CLE.  Individual states have different approval guidelines and timeframes, and the FCBA cannot guarantee a state’s approval of CLE credit for any program session.  You may submit your CLE form for one week following the conclusion of the program.  After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that your application will be submitted to your respective state for approval.  For information on CLE accreditation, please contact our CLE Manager at cle@fedcirbar.org
