Summary:As the forum with appellate jurisdiction over most disputes between contractors and the Federal Government, the Federal Circuit has addressed a range of important issues over the last year.  These include standing and waiver issues in bid protests, size considerations for small businesses, interpreting the terms of a contract, the scope of the jurisdiction under the Contract Disputes Act, the relationship between allegations of fraud and traditional contract disputes, and the allowability of costs under the Federal Acquisition Regulation cost principles.  Join us for a discussion about the court’s decisions on these and other topics over the last year.
