Registration Cancellation Policy: Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to Oneill@fedcirbar.org. Cancellations requested on or before September 25, 2023, will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee.  Cancellations requested after September 25, 2023, will not receive a refund.  Substitutions are allowed through October 3, 2023. No refunds will be processed after September 25, 2023.

CLE Information: FCBA is an approved provider with most states requiring CLE. Individual states have different approval guidelines and timeframes, and the FCBA cannot guarantee a state’s approval of CLE credit for any webcast or other program session. You may submit your online CLE form for one week following the conclusion of the program.  After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that your application will be submitted to your respective state for approval.
