Registration Cancellation Policy: Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to soneill@meetingmastersinc.com. Cancellations requested on or before September 13, 2017 will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations requested between September 14, 2017 and September 20, 2017, will be processed less a $150 administrative fee. Substitutions are allowed through October 2, 2017.
No refunds will be processed after September 21, 2017.
