The Federal Circuit Clerk’s Office is on the frontlines of applying and implementing the Federal Circuit’s Rules of Practice. Those rules have undergone many changes in the past year, and will continue to evolve in the years to come. With this webcast, the FCBA is proud to introduce and welcome the Federal Circuit’s new Circuit Executive and Clerk of Court Peter Marksteiner as well as Mona Harrington and Anne Toulouse. The program will provide guidance on how to comply with recent amendments to the Federal Circuit’s rules, proper use of the ECF system, reasons filings are rejected, and interaction with the Clerk’s Office.
