Summary: The Federal Circuit Clerk’s Office is on the forefront of applying and implementing the Federal Circuit’s Rules of Practice. The FCBA is therefore proud to host Peter R. Marksteiner, the Circuit Executive and Clerk of Court, and Jarrett B. Perlow, the Chief Deputy Clerk, for an informative and engaging discussion of the Federal Circuit’s Rules. The program will cover the implementation of the July 2020 amendments to the Federal Circuit Rules and practices, as well as provide guidance on common issues and questions arising under the Rules.
